Drugi mednarodni seminar “Iz prakse za prakso”

Spoštovani mentorji, učitelji, svetovalni delavci in vsi, ki vam delo z mladimi predstavlja dragocenost in izziv! Od 18. do 20. oktobra 2010 bomo izvedli drugi mednarodni seminar z naslovom Iz prakse za prakso, na katerem vam bomo predstavili primere dobrih praks in ponudili priložnost, da doživite izkušnje dela z mladimi izven uradnih institucij vzgoje in izobraževanja. V razmislek bi vam – praktikom in teoretikom – radi predali svoje znanje in dragocene izkušnje, pridobljene v praksi.

Rdeča nit naših druženj (delovni naslov seminarja) bo ukvarjanje z mislijo NISEM VEDEL, DA LAHKO.

Naše izkušnje so nastale na območju in v stiku treh držav: Slovenije, Hrvaške in Italije.

Microlocation: undefined: somewhere between Debeli Rtič and Plzeň, Czech Republic
Macrolocation: according to the latest update it is still the Milky Way Galaxy; Local Cluster
Time: Due to uncertainty in space determinationit is difficult to measure the exact velocity, ergo: time is even more relative than before
Status: Case closed

Our work in Debeli Rtič is finished, we have all survived the terrible stress of the presentation and – even worst – of the dancing. Dark clouds have gathered upon our heads now, bringing rain and rendering us blind for all the sunspots of the Sun, craters of the Moon and the moons of Jupiter, the stars of Lyra, Cygnus and Ursa Major and the galaxy of Andromeda. Et cetera, et cetera.
Thus we have parted and since the camp is over, we have parted for good. Unless… unless we meet again… one day……………

Note: the frequency of our entries is low indeed, but this is (of course) not due to our lack of interest in this blog, but due to low concentration of computers in the workshop (about 16.67 % per capita) and extremely low concentration of wi-fi spots, besides (of course) very limited time due to all the top secret government projects we were working on all the time.
This entry was (as the name suggests) written post festum, when the above mentioned concentrations have increased rapidly.

Final presentation

As planned, we`ve concluded official part of our UMMI summer camp with final presentation. Our students have presented their work in workshops, their individual projects & glimpse of free time activities. Expressive art has made premiere of their newest play: “Stop making sense”. It was magnificant! There were also musical and dancing parts including “UMMI jazz trio”. More to come on photos in our gallery & video clip from presentation!

Jurij & Oliver the last survivers of Expressive art workshop were cleaning the mess around our hood…and are looking forward to visit home. Big up to all of you reading this…it was nice but exhausting

Today our students are working on their final individual project with full devotion. They will present them on todays presentation and in our publication which will be published in atumn 2010.

New experience – UMMI

Yesterday, our participants tried something new in free time activities-paragliding!! They did wery well. Later we went for a SKIKE tripe in surrounding area. In the evening we concluded our free time program with massage lessons:) Nice day!
